Vertical manure cleaning belt
Product Features
Installed beneath each row of rabbit cages, it automatically transports feces and urine to the end of the rabbit house.
The environmental quality of the rabbit house is a crucial aspect of rabbit breeding management. The method of manure removal directly affects the air quality within the rabbit house, which in turn impacts the health of the rabbits. Therefore, a scientific manure and urine treatment system can significantly improve the environmental conditions.
1. Vertical fecal band:
Installed beneath each row of rabbit cages, it automatically transports feces and urine to the end of the rabbit house:
2. Horizontal fecal band:
It is installed at the end of the rabbit house and overlaps with the longitudinal conveyor belt. It automatically transports feces and urine to the outside of the rabbit house, thereby ensuring the air quality inside the house.
3. Improving the Conveyor Belt:
It is installed in the external manure collection room of the rabbit house and is connected with the horizontal conveyor belt to achieve separation of manure and urine. The manure can be directly loaded onto a vehicle and sent to the organic fertilizer processing room, while the urine is transported through the sewage pipeline to the sewage treatment tank.
4. Improving the Conveying Drum:
South African imported chutes are suitable for large slope lifting and can reduce the labor intensity for humans.
5. Organic Fertilizer Fermentation Tank:
Through the high-temperature aerobic fermentation process, the manure produced by the livestock farm is treated for harmless disposal. The treated manure is then processed into organic fertilizer, achieving the harmless and resourceful utilization of the manure.
