Cattle stall

The proper use of free-standing beds can increase milk production, the quality of raw milk, and production efficiency. Based on the physical characteristics and living habits of dairy cows, free-standing stalls were designed to provide clean, dry, and comfortable independent resting spaces for the cows, avoiding interference among the cows during their rest time. This bed uses neck rails and chest rails to ensure that the cows are in the correct position when lying down and standing, thereby maintaining the cleanliness of the bed and protecting the cow's body, especially the udders, from contamination, and reducing the incidence of mastitis.

Based on the living habits of dairy cows, with the aim of providing them with a dry and comfortable environment; through cooperation with experts both at home and abroad and the collection and organization of a large amount of on-site data, we have identified the three essential elements that a bedding system capable of meeting the comfort needs of dairy cows must possess: 

1) Completely free access method 

2) Completely barrier-free forward-protruding space 

3) Adequate sleeping space

Based on this, we developed and were the first to introduce equipment for cattle stalls that conform to the body shape of the animals. Every arc-shaped design is in line with the natural lying position of the cattle, making them more comfortable; the cattle neck rails coordinate with the standard of the cattle stalls to ensure the proper position of the cattle on the stalls.

1. Technical Features: 

①The unique lying pen curve, designed based on the movement trajectory of dairy cows, is suitable for use by cows of all ages. 

②Hot galvanizing, with a long service life; 

③The overall package is connected by a card, without the need for welding. The installation is simple and the installation and maintenance costs are low. 

④The height of the railing and the position of the neck rail can be adjusted easily.

2. Bed size standard

The size of the bed must be designed properly to meet the physiological needs of dairy cows and comply with production management requirements. Through reasonable grouping, different-sized beds are designed for dairy cows at different stages and of different body types, and corresponding feeding and management conditions can be provided. Calves can be trained to use the bed immediately after weaning.

3. Basic requirements for civil engineering: 

The embedded columns for the guardrails are made of galvanized round pipes. During the civil construction process, they must be precisely positioned according to the design drawings to ensure straightness and uniform height. The total length of each column is 1.5 meters. At the bottom, three steel bars are welded to form the column reinforcement.
