Feeding equipment is an important part for ensuring the comfort of animals. To prevent cows from competing for food, self-locking neck collars are installed on the guard walls. 2. Standard size of the collar: 

The size of the neck collar must be designed appropriately to meet the physiological needs of dairy cows and comply with production management requirements. Through proper grouping, different-sized neck collars are designed for dairy cows at different stages and of different body types, and they can be matched with different feeding and management conditions.

3. Basic requirements for civil engineering: 

When positioning the embedded columns, pay attention to ensuring that the feeding passage side is level with the structural columns; for the 200mm thick retaining wall, it is recommended to make the top arc-shaped to prevent cows from scraping their necks when feeding; the angle between the retaining wall and the feeding passage is recommended to be rounded to facilitate cleaning without any dead corners. 

4. Technical features of the neck collar installation: 

The installation of the neck brace is achieved through U-shaped bolts and clamp connections, which is convenient and quick to install, with a short construction period, stable installation, easy disassembly and assembly, and convenient maintenance in the future. 

2). The connection between the column and the structural column is made by welding a 4mm thick Q235B iron plate that has been stamped and processed. It has undergone hot-dip galvanizing treatment, with a tolerance of ±0.5mm. The installation is precise, with minimal error and excellent anti-corrosion performance. 

3). The U-shaped clamping card is made by pressing a 8mm diameter round steel, with a tolerance of ±0.5mm. It has high installation accuracy and small installation error. 

4). All the nuts used for the U-shaped bolts are self-locking nuts to prevent the nuts from falling off due to the impact of the cows on the neck shackles. If they were to fall into the cows' stomachs, they could cause harm to the cows.
