The fan blades have undergone surface anodizing with a bright finish for anti-corrosion treatment / sandblasting oxidation. 

The single-blade is 3500mm in length, 180mm in width and 2.0mm in thickness. 

The internal structure of the blade features three reinforcing ribs. The blade strength is the highest in the industry. It is an aerodynamic blade design with a unique wing-shaped feature.

Install the materials and diameters of the piping

The used steel plates are 6-8MM thick. The unique "balance" design of the upper and lower fixing frames ensures that the center of gravity of the fan motor and blades is always vertically downward. This design guarantees the smooth operation of the equipment during operation. There are 6 inverted L-shaped anti-fall steel pieces (6mm thick) between the impeller and the motor bracket. In case of accidental fall of the impeller and the motor, they will tightly attach to the steel plates of the frame, ensuring the safety of the personnel working below and the equipment. The brackets have been treated with baking paint, which prevents rust and corrosion.

Ceiling fan safety measures

Steel wire rope safety cable: The safety lock is composed of 4 diagonal steel wire ropes (Φ8mm, each steel wire rope has a breaking tension of >1 ton, the total weight of the entire machine is (120kg), connecting the motor frame to the roof steel truss, and firmly securing the motor in case of an accident; the middle vertical straight lifting steel wire rope is used to connect the steel frame to the I-beam main beam after the steel frame is installed, even if the diagonal steel wire ropes fail to function, the entire machine can still be firmly connected to the main beam, ensuring...

2. The unique upper and lower fixing frames of the balancing connection device adopt a "balancing" design, ensuring that the center of gravity of the fan motor and blades remains vertically downward at all times. This design guarantees the smooth operation of the equipment during operation. 

3. Impeller Fall Prevention Device: There are 6 inverted L-shaped anti-fall steel pieces (with a thickness of 6mm) between the impeller and the motor bracket. In case of an accidental fall of the impeller and the motor, these steel pieces will tightly attach to the steel plates of the frame, ensuring the safety of the personnel and equipment below. 

4. Blade Connecting Pieces The blades are connected by connecting pieces which are stacked layer upon layer to form a single unit. This not only enhances the balance and stability between the blades but also prevents any single blade from falling off. 

5. Control Box Selection Switch The control box selection switch is used to immediately cut off the power supply in case of an emergency. 

6. High-strength bolt reinforced steel frame: All bolts are made of high-strength 8.8 grade or higher bolts to ensure the firmness of the connection components. The steel frame plates are made of national standard 8mm thick 235 carbon steel, and the connecting rods are 80*80*5mm square tubes. The reinforced steel frame and connecting rods ensure the firmness and also make the equipment run more smoothly.
