Project overview

The national 1600 core breeding farm project is located in Feidong County, Hefei City, Anhui Province, and the project has built 1 pregnancy house and 1 childbirth house. The project is planned and designed by Qingdao Famou, and the project is EPC. The main equipment of the pig house includes: field equipment, environmental control equipment, automatic feeding equipment, drinking water equipment, deodorization equipment, air filtration equipment, high pressure washing equipment, breeding pig testing equipment, etc. Fully automatic control and equipment integration, combined with the current advanced ventilation control scheme and exhaust gas purification technology, to help customers construct a green, low-carbon, intelligent aquaculture industry chain.

Project highlights

Air filtration system: The whole field adopts the sub-high efficiency air filtration system, and the initial effect filtration and sub-high efficiency filtration are designed at the inlet end of the pig house, which can effectively filter out more than 99.5% of 0.3um particles, and effectively prevent the infection of pathogenic microorganisms such as pig blue ear disease, swine fever, pseudorabies, foot and mouth disease, panting disease, and ensure the health of pigs in the pig house.

Odor treatment system: In order to effectively reduce the emission of odor gases such as ammonia, combined with the feeding situation of the core breeding farm and local conditions, spray wet purification equipment is installed outside the exhaust fan of the breeding barn. The deodorization method adopts the physical + chemical two-stage deodorization method, which can effectively reduce the emission of PM particles, ammonia and other odor gases in the factory boundary.

Internet of Things system: It is a comprehensive pig breeding platform integrating pig herd, feeding, environment and safety. Through Famou Internet of Things equipment, combined with video surveillance, to provide users with a visible and tangible mobile management system integration product. Through the latest communication technology: LORA, LORA MESH, 4G, 5G, SMS, telephone alarm and other risk control means. Real-time understanding of pig house environmental data, production data, etc. Famou iot cloud can provide 10 years of data records, on-site restoration, responsibility traceability, experience summary, and provide highly reliable iot system products for pig management.
