This development training was led by professional coaches, and everyone maintained full enthusiasm. Through joint efforts, we successfully completed a difficult development task.

1. Trust back fall

Trust back fall is an activity to exercise team cooperation and trust of team members. The purpose is to build trust with each other through this activity. At the same time, it can also exercise psychological quality and overcome fear. All employees of the company participated in the project, and through this project, the mutual trust between the team was established, which formed a good foundation for building trust in the future work life.

2. Beach landing

The beach landing project requires team members to use limited resources to carry their own team members to the termination line within the specified time. This project can cultivate the leadership and cooperation ability of the team members, can well cultivate the competitive ability of the team in tense moments, and cultivate the determination and confidence of the team members to work together to overcome difficulties.

3. Magic brush

Magic brush Ma Liang, also known as the magic brush Sheng Hua, the two teams of players pulled the end of the rope, without touching the brush, in accordance with the coach's requirements to complete the "Famou" and "mechanical" writing. This activity cultivates teamwork ability and enhances team spirit. All members in the coordination and cooperation in a timely manner to adjust the way of communication and behavior to achieve the same goal.

4. Graduation wall

Outward Bound's final graduation wall task was the most touching. This task can not use external forces and tools, only rely on human resources to climb 4.5 meters high walls. In this process, everyone has honed the courage and confidence to overcome difficulties, and effectively enhance team cohesion. Recognizing the differences among members, rational division of labor, optimal allocation of human resources in the team, and finally, with the joint efforts of the team, all members jointly crossed the 4.5-meter high wall and successfully completed the challenge!
