Qingdao Famou works with customers to build a national core breeding farm!

Planned and designed by Qingdao Famou, the national core breeding farm of the EPC of the project is speeding up the construction, and the site is in full swing, and the whole delivery is planned to be completed before June 2023. Qingdao Famou closely follows the needs of customers, scientifically configure intelligent systems such as field, environmental control, deodorization, material line, Internet of Things, breeding pig determination, to achieve automatic control and equipment integration, and combined with the current advanced ventilation control scheme and exhaust gas purification technology, to help customers construct a green, low-carbon, intelligent farming industry chain.

Fresh air preheating helps carbon peak

In winter, the low-temperature fresh air outside the house is pumped into the air duct through the positive pressure fan, and the original heat of the pig house is used to preheat the fresh air. Combined with the characteristics of air flow, the outlet reasonably arranged on the air duct provides the preheated fresh air for the pig house. The reuse of heat can not only reduce the carbon emission of the pig house, but also avoid the cold stress of the pigs to the low temperature air in winter.

High efficiency direct fan is simple and reliable

The high efficiency direct connected fan adopts moulded FRP shell and split composite material blade, which has large air volume, negative pressure resistance and high energy efficiency. The air volume data has been tested by the authority of the United States Bass Laboratory. Direct drive transmission structure, simple and reliable assembly, high transmission efficiency, maintenance-free.

Waste gas treatment green environmental protection

In order to effectively reduce the emission of odor gases such as ammonia, combined with the feeding conditions of the core breeding farm and local conditions, the spraying wet purification equipment was installed outside the exhaust fan of the breeding barn. The deodorization method adopts the physical + chemical two-stage deodorization method, which can effectively reduce the emission of PM particles, ammonia and other odor gases in the factory boundary.
