Introduction to Fully Automatic Layered Nesting Cage Rearing Equipment
The fully automated stackable brooding equipment is designed with full consideration of strength, insulation and practicality in its structural design. The column spacing of the brooding cages is set at 1.2 meters, and perforated galvanized steel plates are used as partitions between each group of cages. This not only significantly enhances the overall structural stability but also effectively improves the insulation performance inside the cages, outperforming the traditional cage net design.
Characteristics of the cage system
1.The entire structure is entirely made of aluminized zinc sheet components and highly corrosion-resistant aluminized zinc wires as well as hot-dip galvanized wires.
2. The elastic bottom net design of the chicken coop, with a denser grid in the area where the poultry stand, makes the feet of the poultry feel more comfortable;
3. The easy-to-operate cage door not only ensures that the chickens can eat their feed comfortably, but also makes the process of removing/inserting the poultry much more convenient and effortless.
4. The chicken coop cleaning conveyor has an automatic cleaning function that can be operated with a single button; the driving roller is equipped with a rubber layer to extend the service life of the cleaning conveyor; the tension adjustment device for the cleaning conveyor can prevent and correct deviation.
5. A netting is added to the top of each cage to effectively prevent the chicks from running around, wandering between cages, or pecking at the manure.
The special design of the tiered brooding equipment
Feed system
The feeding system adopts the crane feeding mode, which safely, quickly and evenly transports the feed to the front of the chicken cages, meeting the feed supply requirements of the chickens. The uniform feeding by the crane can effectively reduce the feed grading, prevent the uneven distribution of granular and powdered feeds and nutrients, thereby ensuring the consistency of feed intake and the uniformity of body weight of the chicken flock, and ultimately reducing the mortality and culling rate.
Precise adjustment of food intake
Precise adjustment of the feeding volume. There is no crossbeam blocking along the inner edge of the feeding trough, allowing chicks to see the feed more easily and maximizing the feeding width. The feeding pedal provides a comfortable feeding environment for chicks, attracting them to eat.
Automatic drinking water system
The automatic drinking water system is composed of square water supply pipes, 360-degree water dispensing drinking nipples, high-pressure flushing devices, pressure regulating valves, water meters, and dosing devices, etc.
The square water pipes are made of rust-proof and UV-resistant materials, which effectively prevent the growth of microorganisms and ensure the health of the chickens' drinking water.
② Higher pressure and larger-diameter water pipes are suitable for longer water lines, ensuring that the chickens always have an adequate supply of water.
③ Waterline height adjustment device: It can adjust the height of the waterline according to the number of days of rearing for young chickens.
