The air filtration module of the pig farm is a kind of air purification system specially designed for pig farms. Working principle
◆ Air intake: External air passes through the primary filter for preliminary filtration of large particles.

◆Clean air delivery: The filtered clean air is transported through a positive pressure fan and ventilation ducts, and evenly distributed throughout the pigsty.
◆Positive pressure environment: A positive pressure environment is created within the pigsty to prevent unfiltered external air from entering and to reduce the risk of virus transmission.

Maintenance and upkeep
Cleaning the protective net: Regularly remove and clean the protective net to prevent blockages.
Drainage system cleaning: Regularly clean the drainage holes to prevent blockages and water accumulation.
Regularly replace filters: Based on usage conditions, replace the primary and high-efficiency filters regularly to ensure the filtering effect.
It is recommended to replace the filter when the final resistance is 2 to 4 times that of the initial resistance.
② The replacement cycle for the primary filter is 6 to 7 months, and the replacement cycle for the sub-high efficiency filter is 24 to 36 months.
When replacing the filter, please be careful: Do not touch the filter element; when handling and installing the filter, only grasp the edge part of the filter frame, and for sub-high efficiency filters, only grasp the frame with the guard plates at the top and bottom, to avoid touching the filter element.
