System Introduction

The high-altitude chute feeding system refers to the entire feeding line system that conveys feed from the centralized feed tower area of the pig farm along the feed line system within the farm area to the designated feed tower at the edge of the pigsty through automated control. It meets the large feed conveying volume requirements of the farm area (usually 50-100 tons or more), enables feed trucks not to enter the farm, enhances the biosecurity level, and effectively prevents diseases. Among them, the 102 chute feeding line is the most widely used.

Technical note

Feed storage tower in the area: It is usually located beside the wall of the pig farm. Feed trucks from outside the farm deliver the feed to the feed storage tower area for storage. This area is used to store the feed required for the entire pig farm, namely the feed storage transfer area.

Electric feeding hopper: At the bottom of each material tower, a set of electric feeding device is installed. It is driven by a motor to rotate the auger, enabling the material to be fed from a specific centralized material tower to the material line of the receiving area tray. This is mainly used for the transportation of multiple types of materials.

Delivery system: Composed of galvanized pipe and injection chain disk;

Drive system: The motor drives the driving wheel to rotate, and the driving wheel's teeth engage with the pinion to move the platen, thereby pushing the feed forward within the feed tube.

Cut-off three-way valve: An electric cut-off three-way valve is installed at the top of the side-target material tower. It is operated by an electric push rod to push and pull the switch plate, enabling the feed to fall into the designated material tower.

Column support: All the external supports outside the shed are made of galvanized pipes with a wall thickness of 2.75mm and a diameter of 75mm. The average zinc coating thickness is 275g/㎡. The welding positions are coated with zinc to form a protective layer, which has excellent anti-corrosion properties.

Maintenance platform: During the high-altitude installation of the drive system, it is placed on the maintenance platform, which is convenient for subsequent maintenance and repair; the materials used for the maintenance platform are all galvanized, and they have excellent anti-corrosion properties.
