Key features of the core breeding equipment and system
The fully automated stacked egg-laying chicken coop system adopted in this project is highly automated and fully meets the biological habits of the local chicken flocks in Thailand. Each chicken house is equipped with a layout of 4 layers and 4 columns. This design significantly increases the breeding density and land utilization rate, while also laying a solid foundation for precise environmental control and full-process automated management, providing comprehensive protection for the health of the chickens and the overall production efficiency.
Vertical egg collector: It can collect eggs at off-peak times, ensuring that eggs on different layers do not collide with each other and reducing the rate of broken eggs.
The automatic feeding system for vehicle transportation doubles the production efficiency: One person can easily manage tens of thousands of chickens, significantly reducing labor costs.
Automatic manure removal system, environmentally friendly and sustainable: Through regular cleaning, it significantly improves the environment of the livestock farm and reduces the occurrence of diseases.
Intelligent environmental control system: Specifically designed to meet the typical high-temperature and high-humidity climate conditions in Southeast Asia, it can automatically and precisely regulate key parameters such as temperature, humidity, and ventilation in the chicken coop, creating a stable and suitable environment for the chickens to grow.
EC energy-saving fan: Equipped with advanced permanent magnet technology, it can save up to 20% energy compared to traditional fans. When operating in conjunction with the wet curtain, it can efficiently lower the temperature in the chicken coop, achieving the dual goals of energy conservation and precise temperature control.
