At the beginning of the ceremony, Yu Miao, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Foreign Languages College of Qingdao University, delivered an enthusiastic speech. Subsequently, Zhai Zhiwei, the general manager of Qingdao Famou Machinery Co., Ltd., delivered a speech.
