I. Working Principle

The spray equipment uses a high-pressure plunger pump to boost the pressure of clean water to 4-7Mpa, then delivers it to the atomizing nozzles through high-pressure pipelines. The inside of the atomizing nozzle has a vortex structure. Under the pressure of high-pressure water, the vortex rotates at high speed and generates fine mist to spray out through the 0.1-0.5mm nozzle hole. Due to the fine mist droplets, the sprayed mist cannot travel too far, with a spray distance of about 2-2.5 meters. It can diffuse in the air, and part of the mist will fall to the ground below.
Based on the above principle, the high-pressure spray system can be used for spray cooling, spray disinfection, and spray deodorization.
  1. Spray Cooling

When the water mist is sprayed and diffused into the air, it takes away a lot of heat when evaporating, which will have a certain cooling effect. The cooling effect is closely related to the ambient temperature, humidity, and wind speed. The drier the environment, the faster the mist or water evaporates, and the faster the cooling; spraying while ventilating can quickly convect the humidity to the outdoors, making the mist inside the room evaporate faster and the cooling faster; the higher the ambient temperature, the faster the mist evaporates, and the better the cooling effect. Therefore, the hotter, better ventilated, and drier the environment, the better the spray cooling effect. According to experience, the cooling range can reach 4-8°C. It should also be mentioned here that there is a difference between the apparent temperature and the ambient temperature. The apparent temperature is when there is moisture on the surface of the human or animal body, and the heat on the surface is taken away during evaporation, so the apparent temperature will be lower. This can be experienced in daily life, so the reduction of the apparent temperature is conducive to the heatstroke prevention and cooling of humans and animals.

2. Spray Disinfection and Spray Deodorization

These two functions are not much different, mainly depending on what substance is sprayed. Spraying disinfectant is for environmental disinfection, and spraying deodorant is for environmental deodorization. Due to the fine mist, during disinfection, the entire space is filled with mist, and the effective molecules of the disinfectant can be omnipresent, achieving comprehensive and dead-angle-free disinfection.

II. Equipment Composition

1. Main Machine Cabinet

There are currently two configurations: one is carbon steel with powder coating, and the other is 304 stainless steel. The two are suitable for different places: 304 stainless steel cabinet is preferred for environments with high corrosiveness and high concentrations of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide; powder-coated cabinet can be used for independent equipment rooms.

2. Control System

Microcomputer full-automatic control, with time, clock, and automatic control functions. It is standard equipped with a 2.5-inch LCD screen or a time relay; the interval time and dual-period time can be freely adjusted, with Chinese or English display.

3. Power Core

High-efficiency national standard motor with pure copper windings and domestic first-line high-pressure plunger pump (stainless steel pump can be used for corrosive liquids). It adopts a direct connection method to reduce power efficiency loss and wear parts.

4. Connecting Components

The internal connecting components adopt double-layer steel wire high-pressure buffer pipes, and the connecting pipe fittings are all made of 304 stainless steel materials; the pressure relief solenoid valve can be opened instantly when the machine is stopped to relieve the pressure of the water in the pipeline and return it to the water tank, reducing nozzle dripping.

III. Equipment Functions and Highlights

1. Time Control

The LCD intelligent controller supports dual-period control, time cycle control, or time interval operation control through a time relay.

2. Automatic Pressure Relief

Standard normally open high-pressure solenoid valve. When the main machine stops spraying, the solenoid valve opens instantly to automatically relieve the pipeline pressure, and the water returns to the water tank to prevent nozzle dripping.

3. Automatic Protection

Overload/phase loss protection, automatic power-off protection and alarm when water or medicine is lacking, automatic water return and pressure stabilization protection by the pressure regulating valve, etc.

4. Reliable Quality

All national standard motors and first-line brand high-pressure pumps, with high durability; the electric control cabinet is integrated and configured according to standard wiring methods, and the internal water circuit of the equipment is all made of 304 stainless steel through forging and reprocessing, not castings.

Our high-pressure spray system adopts 304 stainless steel nozzles, with a built-in 10μm detachable filter, fluororubber sealing rings, and ceramic or 304 stainless steel spray sheets. Compared with most nickel-plated copper nozzles on the market, it has better quality and longer service life.

2. Pipe Fittings

Some manufacturers on the market use ordinary quick connectors, which have a 5‰ chance of pipe detachment. With the pressure boost of the main machine, the PE pipe will bend, increasing the risk of equipment water leakage and use. Our company adopts straightening quick connectors without pipe detachment, and can keep the PE pipe in its initial state, which is safer. Special top-pressure pipe fittings are used for stainless steel pipelines.
