The bird\manure two-in-one conveyor removes manure normally,at the end of broiler final,then can be lifted tier by tier to remove birds to disc machine,via a removable bird-conveying machine.
With two conveyors,the one is for manure,the one is for final birds,when harvesting birds,At the end of battery cages,workers load the birds into box directly.Then through the conveyor transport to the truck outsides.This can reduce the transfer of chicken in process of the harvest,greatly reducing the chicken's disability.
The surface of driving rolls is integrally coated with rubber,thus increasing friction,solving the problem about manure belt off-tracking,extending the belt service life.
One scraper is installed at the end of manure belt,and two secondary scrapers are installed below returning belt,so that manure can be cleared thoroughly.
Chains are used for tensioning belt,also can be convenient to adjust.
Each tier manure is conveyed to the end via a manure bel,falls onto the cross manure belt and finally is conveyed to a manure truck outside poultry house via the elevating manure belt.
